Shipping |
Freight for each order
can and will vary depending upon the type and amount of product you
purchase. We will ship the best way possible and you will be notified
via email, and asked for your approval, prior to all shipments. Please
feel free to contact us via email or telephone if you would like a
freight charge prior to ordering.

| Common Carriers |
We use a variety of
common carriers to obtain the best rates and service to ship your goods.
You may request your own carrier and have third party billing as an
option. Please indicate if you have such a preference when you place
your order.

| Local Deliveries |
For our local customers,
we offer delivery on our own fleet of trucks. Local delivery is free of
charge for most orders in the Detroit and Grand Rapids metropolitan
areas. For some of the outer regions, we can still deliver via our
trucks for a nominal charge. Upon receiving your order, we will email
you with your shipping charges, if any, for your approval prior to
delivery

| Residential Deliveries/Terminal Pick
Up Option |
Residential deliveries
will typically be assessed an extra charge ranging from $30 to $60. If
you request lift gate service, additional charges may apply as well. To
avoid either of these charges you may request terminal pickup. This is a
great alternative. Not only do you save on fees, you are able to do this
at your own convenience and it is easier to inspect for damage or notice
lost or missing items. Please indicate if you have such a preference
when you place your order.

Items will be shipped
via United Parcel Service or DHL ground whenever possible.

| Freight Damage/Lost or Missing Items |
| Please inspect all items
before you sign for freight. Look closely for damage. Be sure you have
the correct number of pieces.
It is your responsibility
to inspect and notate any damage and or lost/missing items at receipt of
shipment. It is imperative that you keep a copy of the signed bill of
lading notating any problems.
If you do receive a damaged shipment you may choose not to accept the
delivery at that time. The goods will come back to us and we will handle
he claim and reship your order.
If the damaged item is
slight and acceptable, mark on the bill that items are damaged and
contact us. We will get you the necessary parts to repair your item if
needed. In the unfortunate occasion that your freight shows up with
damage and you did not mark it on the bill or did notice it initially,
contact us so we may assist you on making your freight claim. |
